Hinton Fair 09

This year at the fair I was all about the games. The first night I went to play the ducks. I saw a big stuffed duck and said "I want that duck." To get the duck you have to get the 0 duck, and there is only one of those. I must be one lucky girl because I picked it TWICE. Thats right after I picked it once they put it back in and I picked it up again. I also loved to play the game where you knocked down bottles, well I love any games with balls. This is the duck I won. I could've gotten two of them but they didn't have two there so we told them 1 was enough.

I also raced a turtle in the turtle races at the fair. Thanks Papa Dennis for finding my turtle. He didn't win but he tried really hard. Mommy, Daddy, and I took him to the pond to be with his Mommy after the races. I loved my turtle. His name was speedy. My cousin Alyssa also brought a turtle to race. We wanted to enter the leap frog race. We tried real hard and with a little more practice I think we could've done it! Maybe next year. Here are some pics from the turtle race.

This is me with my two biggest prizes at the fair. The blue and pink thing is a frog. I won him by throwing footballs!I can't believe I won them "all by myself." I say that alot!

Stuff about me lately

Well here are some recent funny conversations I've had with Day recently. The first one: Day is pretending to be on the phone, she answers it talks for a little bit and then says bye. When I ask her who it was she says, "Sam, Sam loves me." Aww how sweet. Then a couple weeks ago Jason and I were in chillis and when the waitress came over Day ask said, "I would like a cheese sandwich please." Jason and I were surprised! She is a joy and I don't want to forget these moments! So far she loves her new "school". She told me she loved Mrs. Felicia. ALso after church today Day ask me to take her dress off "to be comfortable" in her words!

The Hair Doctor

This was Dayona's first trip to the beauty shop, or "hair doctor" as Day called it. She got her bangs trimmed and sat very still for Debbie. Lately her favorite movie has been Shrek 3. She loves at the first when pinocino flies through the screen, and she loves that Shrek has babies. At the fish fry last Sunday, we had to distract her from putting bottles in the mouths of two twin babies. She has also been pretending like there is a dinosaur or dragon that we need to hid from. She is very sweet. She likes to tell me that I have to share, when we get onto her she says I'm sorry mommy or daddy. She still loves to be chased and loves to race or play hid and go seek. Also spankins in her words "don't hurt". (Of course she only gets them for running out in the street. ) Here are some pics from the hair doctor.

Where's me

Today I saw Day walking around with an engagement picture of Jason and I. She said "AWW its mommy and daddy". Then a sad look came across her face, "wheres me".
