Easter 2011

Dayona had such a good Easter.  She found 16 eggs at a church hunt and was wrestling with her older boy cousin Kyler.  She found 37 eggs at the town eggs  hunt, 19 eggs at her school party, and 22 eggs at Katlyns. Katlyn and Day were taking turns "sharing" the eggs they found.  They are great friends and had a great time.  Dayona has been playing t-ball.  SHe is a really good hitter.  She gets bored in the outfield but she loves going after a ball.

Faith. Trust, and pixie Dust

Dayona has really been into the peter pan movies lately.  In fact she has rented them three times in a row.  She ask her nana if "she could give her some pixie dust so she could fly".  When I got home she kept showing me how she "could fly like tinkerbell".  She loves to pose for pictures.  In fact she kept posing with the Easter Bunny so they kept snapping her picture.  Her nana and I were talking about the price of gas, and Day said "nana, I will kick them in the head and get you some gas!"  She is so loyal, sweet, and smart.  She wants to help, and knows that she knows it all! She told me to "tell nana to stop rocking me" and "tell nana I've already had a nap".
