Flashback Friday

This is a photo of my sister and I in front of the Christmas Tree. I'm not sure what year its from. I think it was maybe 1991. Suprina, maybe you can help out on this one. Anyway I miss my sis and will not be able to see her this Christmas. We are eight years apart, and the older we get, the closer our relationship becomes. Also, I love the puffy bangs and curling ironed permed hair. Merry Christmas Sis!

Shawna - you look exactly the same (minus the big bangs - lol- gotta love those early 90s/late 80s hairstyles). And how special it is that you have such a close relationship with your older sister.

I think you look just the same too. How cute!
I am the big sis to my 9 years younger sister. It is cool to see how you get so much closer as you both get older.

I looove that picture Shawna!!! That is absolutely adorable!! And you know, I know exactly how you feel. I only began to TOLERATE Jordan after I left home really, but now we're very close!! It's sad how that works huh??? Maybe it is true how absence makes the heart grow fonder... :)

I think you right Shawna, it was either, '90 or '91. You were a doll and you are just gorgeous now.

What gets me is how mom actually 'liked' that blue wall paper. Sorry, mom....LOL

You were actually a fun little sister to have around. Minus, the interuptions when boyfriends were around. But I guess that is what little sisters are for.

I think God had a master plan for me and that was to have a little sister....and he gave me such a special, smart, intelligent, gorgeous sister.

Mom always made Christmas' so special for us. I remember she would change it up every year.

Dayona really takes after her mommy.

I hope you and Jason and my beautiful niece have a VERY Merry Christmas as well.
